You may download lists for your own dispatch outreach. You may not resell the raw database, overload the server, or present the data as a government product.
If you call a carrier you must follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and federal and state Do-Not-Call rules, including any consent and time-of-day limits that apply to your campaign. If you email a carrier you must follow CAN-SPAM: a real identity, a physical mailing address, and a working unsubscribe method.
The admin area is for the site operator only. There is no paid plan and no access code for normal use.
