How to use CarrierLeads

Lead generator

1. Choose a download type. Active only, or both active and inactive DOT records. MC Active only keeps carriers with an MC number and active authority.
2. Set the registration dates. The form starts on the last 17 days.
3. Optionally limit by state and equipment.
4. Click Check count. When the number looks right, download the Excel file.

Bulk search

1. Paste MC or DOT numbers, drop a text file, or use a date range.
2. Watch the progress line. The page sends 100 carriers at a time.
3. Sort the table, filter by status, then export Excel or CSV.

Calling and email

You are responsible for Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Do-Not-Call compliance before you call, and for CAN-SPAM if you email. CarrierLeads does not scrub DNC lists.
