CarrierLeads publishes carrier facts taken from public Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration datasets: the Company Census File, licensing and insurance authority history, and insurance history on data.transportation.gov. Those records can include business names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses that carriers filed with FMCSA.
The public site does not ask you to create an account. Exports and vetting batches are counted by IP address in MySQL so one visitor cannot download without limit. Those counters are deleted after two days. The admin login uses a PHP session cookie.
Live re-checks, when you ask for them, are sent from this server to FMCSA. Your browser does not call FMCSA and this site does not detect or block VPNs.
Questions about a carrier record should go to FMCSA, because this site stores a copy of what the public file already shows.
